GRACEFUL Workshop

As we now approach the conclusion of the GRACEFUL grant, we are organising a final workshop where all members of the GRACEFUL consortium will be invited to present their work and discoveries. Each presentation will be followed by discussions to explore future perspectives, ensuring the continuity and impact of our research.
The last GRACEFUL meeting is scheduled for May 21-23, 2025, at the Royal Observatory of Belgium. The program will be published here soon. The Édouard Mailly Prize of the Science Class of the Royal Academy of Belgium was awarded to Jeremy Rekier for his outstanding contributions to astronomy, particularly in the field of Earth and planetary rotation. Specialist in magnetohydrodynamics, Jeremy models fluid flows in the liquid core of planets and in the subsurface oceans of icy moons. The prize also recognizes his exceptional ability to communicate scientific concepts to students and the general public.

ISSI Workshop

At the inception of GRACEFUL, we launched the project with an ISSI workshop, inviting numerous specialists to speak (see the program here: [link https://www.issibern.ch/workshops/deepearth/program/]). As we now approach the conclusion of our grant, we plan to organize a final workshop where all members of the GRACEFUL consortium will present their work and discoveries. Each presentation will be followed by discussions to explore future perspectives, ensuring the continuity and impact of our research.
